I think it's better to write it down in one place rather than try to convince people every now and then.

Yes, I believe that it's society shapes propaganda, not vice versa. Or, to be accurate, propaganda's influence on beliefs is insignificant, it may highlight but not create.

Prove me wrong, show me when a new belief has been developed in society right after propaganda. I've been told many times that these people are like a weathervane, where the winter blows. I disagree, their beliefs are strong.

Anyway, these days in Russian publics rashists (why not russists BTW?) are vilified like everyone in charge: MFA Russia, propagandists, Khuylo himself. And the reason is: the propaganda goes against their beliefs. That simple.

P.S. Oh, right. And about "20 years of Putin's propaganda". Remember, Брат 1/2? "Не брат ты мне, гнида черножопая". "Бендеровец?". "Вы, мне гады, ещё за Севастополь ответите". 20 years my ass. They have always been so.
